HAD to ask for a manager that would not do anything after we drove there, finally said she could give me their best discount, which was still over $150. We unloaded our bags, walked through the entire casino with them, there is no way to self park and walk into the hotel area, when I gave them my name, they told me they could not give me the comp room on a weekend after we already drove all the way there. The person on the switchboard checked my reservation, no notations, said they are probably trying to confirm arrival(which they did the 1st visit also) so I thought nothing of it. As I am driving halfway there, I missed a call from the hotel, I called right back while they must have been leaving a message since there wasn't' a voicemail.
I just wanted a night away from home as I had been cooped up after surgery for 2 wks. So I asked again about a Saturday, the agent on the phone comped the room. First I was told that the rooms were not complimentary for the weekend, the first time I stayed they gave me a Saturday night anyway as I also had a Sunday with that reservation. Then I called the line that sends me the free items to book a room which was on a weekend. I stayed at the Casino previously and it was just alright, basically a room to stay in, nothing to brag about.
